Return Policy – Fridge seal gasket

Fridge Seal Gasket is committed to customer satisfaction and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This policy explains your rights and our returns process in clear terms.


Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to remedies if a
product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

  • Major failure: You may choose a replacement or refund.
  • Non-major failure: You are entitled to a repair or replacement (or another appropriate remedy).

Consumer guarantees apply for a reasonable period, depending on the product’s type, price, and expected lifespan.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return option for eligible products.
To qualify, your return must meet all of the conditions below.

Eligibility conditions

  • The item is unused, clean, and in resalable condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging (where possible).
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-made / made-to-order items

Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, as they are
manufactured specifically for your order.

Important: This does not affect your ACL rights if a product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Change-of-mind return shipping & refund adjustments

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. If we paid outbound shipping for your
original order, we may deduct the outbound shipping cost from the refund amount.

Faulty or incorrect items (our responsibility)

If your item is faulty or we supplied the wrong item, please contact us and include
your order number and clear photos. Where applicable under the ACL, we will provide an appropriate remedy and
cover the return shipping cost.

Refund processing time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within
2 business days. Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  2. Briefly explain the reason for return. If the item is faulty or incorrect, attach clear photos.
  3. We will reply with the next steps and return instructions.
