Return Policy – Fridge Seal Gasket

Fridge Seal Gasket is committed to customer satisfaction and complies with
the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy explains your rights and our
returns process in clear terms.

Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
You are entitled to remedies if a product is faulty, not as described, or
does not meet acceptable quality standards.

• Major failure:
  You may choose a replacement or refund.
• Non-major failure:
  You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

Consumer guarantees apply for a reasonable period, depending on the
product’s type, price, and expected lifespan.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind
return option for eligible products.

To qualify, your return must meet all of the conditions
below.

Eligibility conditions

• The item is unused, clean, and in resalable condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging where
  possible.
• You provide proof of purchase, such as your order number
  or receipt.
• The return request is submitted within
  30 days of delivery.

Products not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Custom-made products, made-to-order products, all products in our
Coolroom category, and Coolroom Hardware are not eligible for
change-of-mind returns.

Custom-made and made-to-order products are products manufactured or
modified according to dimensions, specifications, or other requirements
provided or confirmed by the customer. This exclusion applies whether the
order is placed online, by phone, or by email.

For Coolroom products and Coolroom Hardware, please check all
specifications, dimensions, profiles, fitting style, and compatibility
carefully before ordering.

Important:
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a
product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or supplied incorrectly, we
will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the ACL.

Change-of-mind return shipping and refund adjustments

For eligible change-of-mind returns,
return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the
applicable refund.

For change-of-mind returns, the original flat-rate express shipping charge
is not refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible product is returned and
approved, we will issue the applicable refund, and you may place a new order
for the required product.

Faulty or incorrect items (our responsibility)

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we supplied
the wrong item, please contact us and include your order number
and clear photos where appropriate.

Where applicable under the ACL, we will provide an appropriate remedy and
cover the return shipping cost.

Refund processing time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed
within 2 business days.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
